Finalists of the CEL Start-up Awards 1st Edition

As every year since 1990, the Centro Español de Logísitca holds its prestigious “CEL Awards for the development of logistics management” with the aim of promoting logistics management in Spain and with the desire to stimulate innovation in the sector. In this 2019 edition, the category of Best Logistic Start-up, sponsored by Everis Initiatives, was added for the first time. A total of 39 prestigious Spanish companies were presented with supply chain 4.0 projects, robotization, collaborative platforms and other technologies that would have a great impact on logistics processes in the categories of warehouse, last mile, transport and production logistics.

After passing several phases, including a pitch in front of a jury of prestigious professionals in the logistics sector, it is an honor for us to announce that we have been named finalists for the best Logistics Start-up of Spain 2019 ex aequo with Navilens, recognizing the value provided by our capacity management tool for slot delivery, Nektria Yield Manager. At the same time, we would like to congratulate Navlandis on being named winners for their Zbox project, a patented folding container prototype, and wish them all the best to succeed in such a promising future.

Finally, we would like to thank the Spanish Logistics Centre and its sponsors for this recognition, and congratulations on the excellent organisation of last night’s gala, in which we highlight Carlos Barrabés with his brilliant speech about digitalisation and the future of logistics.
